The apartments are equipped with 5-room PVC window frames by the Rehau company, Euro Design 70 system. The window frames on the ground floors are made of aluminum with triple glazing of ETEM model E68.

Entrance doors to both the apartments and commercial spaces in Atlantis Barcode will be armored for added security. The walls and ceilings will be finished with gypsum putty, and the floors in the corridors and kitchens will be leveled. Living rooms and bedrooms will also have a plaster finish. The balconies will be made of terracotta material, and the wet rooms and toilets will have sealing on the walls and floor, plaster and leveled. All sanitary facilities will be fully constructed.

The apartments and commercial spaces in Atlantis Barcode will have high-quality plumbing and electrical installations. The plumbing installation will include a water meter and a water measuring device for cold and hot water.
